I’ve started working out again. Well I started a month or two ago. I had to take a break because I got sick. I enjoy working out when I’m not feeling too great (emotionally). If I happen to be in a bad mood it usually makes me feel better afterwards. I am able to use my bad mood to workout harder. Most of the my time is spent lifting weights. I have various exercises I do. I don’t workout every day because I like to give my muscles some time to rest / not be so sore anymore.
I workout at home. There are some benefits to that, I don’t have to drive to a gym. The downside is it’s at home so I don’t have a wide array of exercise equipment. It would be nice if I had a bench press, a power rack, and a larger assortment of weights.
I forget my exact starting weight but I’ve put on at least 10lbs since starting. That should mostly be muscle. I feel like i’ve lost a little bit of weight from fat, mostly around my ab area.
Like I mentioned earlier, the main reason I workout is because it makes me feel better.
